Ground beef offers the base for a delicious chili that includes tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper. Can easily be kept vegetarian by skipping the beef and using vegetable broth. GF

3 Bean Chili- serves 6+- Written as an Instant Pot recipe but easily cooked in a crock pot or stove top- This smoky chili flavored recipe is written without the beef but you can precook your meat and add it in for a personalized dinner. This vegan chili has dried black beans, pinto beans and great northern beans, carrots and celery. You add in the broth, tomatoes and mushrooms and you have a hearty full flavored chili. GF

Coconut Curry Lentil & Wild Rice Soup- serves 8+- One of our easiest and most popular soups! Just add water to this adventurous soup chock full of a variety of seasonings. Includes wild rice, unsweetened coconut and Lentils. Can easily be dressed up as preferred with broth, chicken, sausage, or additional vegetables. Cooks 45 minutes+ This is a gluten free recipe and enjoyed by all who jump in for the adventure!

Red Lentil Chili- serves 6+ A vegetarian chili alternative which includes dried corn, beans, carrots, peppers and onions. Full of Mexican flavor and spice. Add water, onions and tomatoes and in 20 minutes you have a vegetable filled chili dish. Optionally you may choose to add a can of kidney or black beans as well as additional vegetables (mushrooms, etc.). GF

Chili Mac- Family size serves 6+- Elbow noodle pasta or gluten free elbow noodles (upon request) combined with ground beef and a chili based seasoning packet with either Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese. The dried vegetables included in this mix are tomatoes, onions and bell peppers. Optional- add in kidney beans. Gluten free options include elbow noodles produced with corn and rice flour, brown rice flour, or chickpea flour- special requests may require additional time for production.
