Beef Stroganoff dinner- family size serves 6+- Egg noodles or Gluten free Rotini pasta (upon request) with a peppery beef sauce that is made with ground beef, sour cream and milk. The vegetable pouch includes dried mushrooms and onions. Optional- add additional fresh onions and mushrooms if desired.

In the spring of 2022 we decided to offer homemade packaged items to the farmers market community. We started out providing many seasoning blends, dips, some seasonal baking mixes and a few soups. The community quickly led us in a different direction looking for more soup and dinner options, granolas, and options for the gluten free community. We followed their lead and quickly became a destination that people were seeking at the North Tonawanda and Pendleton markets. We look forward to continuing to grow with your guidance! This is a fabulous dinner! I used meatloaf mix (ground beef, pork and veal) for the protein, adding mushrooms and onions. Served 8!
