This cinnamon roll mug cake is made with almond flour and sweetened by a monkfruit and erythritol blend. You need to add oil of choice, egg, and vanilla extract. A suggested topping is made with cream cheese and milk for a true cinnamon roll flavor.
In the spring of 2022 we decided to offer homemade packaged items to the farmers market community. We started out providing many seasoning blends, dips, some seasonal baking mixes and a few soups. The community quickly led us in a different direction looking for more soup and dinner options, granolas, and options for the gluten free community. We followed their lead and quickly became a destination that people were seeking at the North Tonawanda and Pendleton markets. We look forward to continuing to grow with your guidance!
