Italian wedding soup is a family favorite of ours, however I rarely made it because of the extra step of making the meat balls. Our soup pouch gives you the meatball seasoning and all you need to add to it is an egg and some parmesan cheese. Loaded with vegetables and Italian flavors to warm the coldest days. For the soup itself you will add 6-8 cups of broth and extra spinach if desired.
