Pasta Fagioli /Pasta Bean Soup- 3 sizes available
Family size serves 6+- An Italian style soup that brings together onion, carrots and celery, with small pasta (ditalini, acini de pepe, rings, shells or elbows) and freeze dried quick cooking beans. You add broth, diced tomatoes and tomato paste and serve with plenty of Parmesan Cheese. Ready in 30 minutes.

In the spring of 2022 we decided to offer homemade packaged items to the farmers market community. We started out providing many seasoning blends, dips, some seasonal baking mixes and a few soups. The community quickly led us in a different direction looking for more soup and dinner options, granolas, and options for the gluten free community. We followed their lead and quickly became a destination that people were seeking at the North Tonawanda and Pendleton markets. We look forward to continuing to grow with your guidance!
