You can use this delicious dip mix to make your own spinach dip as a cold dip or a hot dip- whichever you prefer! You will add sour cream or Greek yogurt, mayonnaise or cream cheese, and thawed chopped spinach. You can also add artichokes, water chestnuts, or whatever you prefer. For a hot dip you will also add mozzarella and parmesan cheese. For best results prepare your dip at least 24 hours in advance to fully rehydrate the vegetables. GF
